UK based Tazbar.com is making eBay take notice

A new name is beginning to get noticed in the online auction community – Tazbar.com. Although www.Tazbar.com only went live on 1st August 2006, it has already attracted thousands of users who are looking for an alternative to the more established online auction sites.

Lee Markham, Development Director of Tazbar.com, knows exactly why they have been so successful – they listen to buyers and sellers:

“The management team at Tazbar.com are all experienced users of other online auction sites, so we know exactly what their strengths and weaknesses are. Tazbar.com has been 2 years in the planning, and we have designed it from the outset to be simpler and cheaper to use than all the others.”

The online auction community is very close knit with user forums exchanging robust and frank comments. Such immediate customer feedback is becoming more common in the Internet age. If used in the right way, the feedback will ensure that organisations can react quickly to customer issues and keep them happy. This thinking has been fundamental in the way that Tazbar.com has been designed and developed.

Tim James, Managing Director, explains:

“Listening and reacting quickly to customer feedback is what will always drive us. There is nothing worse than dealing with a faceless organisation that ignores your concerns. This philosophy has been central to the way that we have designed our fees structure. Unlike most other sites we charge no listing fee, so there is no risk for the seller to offer something for sale on Tazbar.com, also our final sale fees are cheaper. Overall, this means that the buyer will benefit as sellers are able to offer the same goods on Tazbar.com cheaper than on other sites.”

Not content with being cheaper and simpler to use than other sites, Tazbar.com also has a number of unique features that really make it stand out from the crowd. A Wanted section, where a user can advertise for something that they are looking for and a People section where individuals and organisations can freely promote their services. These are an important part of the long-term strategy to grow the online community that Tazbar.com knows will be critical to their success.

With many new and exciting developments scheduled to take place over the next few months, Tazbar.com is sure to maintain the spectacular early growth it has so far enjoyed – enough to get it into the top 20 of world auction sites in its first month!
