CQout introduce new in house payment system.
CQout the UK’s No 2 online auction site has just announced that it is to introduce it’s own “in house” payment system. Until now it has used third party providers. The fully integrated pament system is called “EasyPay “ and it allows the user to buy goods on CQout with the ease of a single click.
CQout claim that for the seller, by offering EasyPay to a buyer it gives them an easy way to complete their purchase quickly and cleanly, and avoids the time consuming and frustrating problems that can arise when buyers don't follow through with payment.
The company claim that EasyPay is priced to rival the charges levied by Paypal and Nochex. But they do claim on big advantage over the other two payment systems. Because of EasyPay’s inbuilt security features and CQout’s ‘ring fenced’ user community all payments to sellers are 100%v guaranteed with no charge backs.
So what doe sit all cost? Subject to a 25p minimum charge a seller will pay 3.5% of the transaction value and that is the only charge which does make it very competitive.
The money is transferred to the sellers bank account normally once a month or once a fortnight although there is a weekly payment option if required. There are also arrangements in place for International sellers who do not have a UK bank account.
I have always been a fan of CQout and am pleased to see them take this step because I
think they are an innovative outfit. If you have not had a look at CQout now could be a good time to do so. One big plus that I found when I listed some items on CQout was that they appeared quite high up on the Google search engine which was a real bonus. To find out more visit www.cqout.com
